Pedodontics

Pedodontics is a word of Latin origin and means “children’s teeth”. Pedodontics aims to provide the healthy treatment and preservation of primary and permanent teeth in infants and children aged 0-12.

Our pedodontic specialists monitor the dental and oral health as well as jaw development of children starting from infancy. Recommends and implements treatments when needed.

Primary teeth generally begin to erupt around the sixth month after birth and are completed as 20 primary teeth by the age of 2,5. Primary teeth are different from permanent teeth. Primary teeth are more susceptible to wear and decay.
